Terms of service

Effective Date: 25 September 2026

Welcome to DEALUX.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DEALUX website located at https://dealux.in/ (the “Site”), and your purchase of products from DEALUX.

The Site is operated by Genius Maker under the brand name DEALUX, from Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

By accessing the Site, placing an order, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms together with our applicable Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or placing an order.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Website

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

By using the Site or placing an order, you represent that:

  • The information you provide to us is accurate and complete;

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into the applicable transaction under Indian law; and

  • You will use the Site only for lawful and legitimate purposes.

If you are purchasing a product for another person, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the recipient's information where necessary for order fulfilment.

Parents or lawful guardians may purchase products intended for children. Use of the Site and processing of personal information relating to children is subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

2. About DEALUX

DEALUX is an online retail store offering physical products through its website.

Our product categories may include:

  • Toys and building products;

  • Personal-care products;

  • Productivity products;

  • Kitchen products; and

  • Other consumer/trending products offered through the Site.

Product availability may change from time to time.

We may add, remove, modify or discontinue products, product variants or collections, subject to applicable law and any orders already accepted by us.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information about our products, including descriptions, images, specifications, features and pricing.

However:

  • Actual colours may vary depending on the customer's device or screen settings;

  • Product packaging may change due to manufacturer or supplier updates;

  • Minor differences in appearance may occur between product images and the physical product;

  • Product specifications may be updated by manufacturers or suppliers; and

  • Availability may change without notice.

Such variations do not affect a customer's rights where the product delivered is materially different from what was represented or is otherwise defective, subject to applicable law.

Customers should review the product description, specifications and any product-specific conditions before placing an order.

DEALUX does not knowingly make false or misleading claims about the products it offers.

4. Product Authenticity and Quality

DEALUX aims to supply genuine and good-quality products from its applicable sourcing channels.

Where a product is represented as belonging to a particular brand, model or category, DEALUX will endeavour to ensure that the product supplied corresponds to that representation.

Customers should not assume that every product sold through DEALUX is manufactured by DEALUX. Where applicable, manufacturer, brand or supplier information may be provided on the relevant product listing or product packaging.

Product warranties, if any, may be provided by the manufacturer, brand owner or DEALUX as specifically stated for the particular product.

5. Orders

When you place an order through the Site, you submit a request to purchase the selected products at the displayed price and on the applicable terms.

An order may be subject to:

  • Product availability;

  • Payment confirmation;

  • Address and PIN-code serviceability;

  • Fraud or security checks;

  • Cash on Delivery verification, where applicable;

  • Pricing or listing errors; and

  • Other legitimate operational requirements.

DEALUX may decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including where:

  • The product is unavailable;

  • The delivery location is unserviceable;

  • The order appears fraudulent or suspicious;

  • Payment cannot be successfully processed;

  • A significant pricing or listing error has occurred; or

  • Fulfilment is otherwise not reasonably possible.

Where an order is cancelled after payment has been received and a refund is due, DEALUX will process the applicable refund in accordance with its Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.

6. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through the contact information provided by you.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. It does not necessarily prevent DEALUX from cancelling an order where a legitimate issue is subsequently identified, subject to applicable law.

For Cash on Delivery orders, DEALUX may verify the order before dispatch.

Unverified or suspicious COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

7. Customer Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information required for order fulfilment, including:

  • Name;

  • Mobile number;

  • Email address;

  • Complete delivery address;

  • City;

  • State; and

  • PIN code.

If incorrect or incomplete information results in a failed delivery, delay, return to sender or other additional logistics issue, DEALUX may be unable to complete delivery as originally intended.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Prices

Prices displayed on the Site are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless expressly indicated otherwise.

DEALUX is currently not registered under GST. Accordingly, DEALUX will not represent itself as a GST-registered seller or provide a GSTIN that it does not possess.

Product prices and offers may change from time to time.

Where a pricing or listing error is discovered, DEALUX may take reasonable steps to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel an affected order and process any applicable refund.

Nothing in this section is intended to permit DEALUX to retrospectively change the agreed price of an accepted order contrary to applicable law.

9. Payment

DEALUX currently accepts payment through available payment methods including:

  • Credit/debit cards;

  • UPI;

  • Net banking; and

  • Cash on Delivery, where available.

Online payments may be processed through PhonePe and applicable payment infrastructure.

Customers must use a payment method they are authorised to use.

DEALUX does not knowingly request confidential payment credentials such as card PINs, UPI PINs, passwords or OTPs through customer-support communications.

10. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (“COD”) is available only for eligible orders and serviceable locations.

DEALUX may contact customers to verify COD orders before dispatch.

A COD order may be cancelled before dispatch where the customer cannot be reached, fails to confirm the order, provides insufficient information, or where the order presents legitimate fraud or fulfilment concerns.

Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in COD being unavailable for future orders, subject to applicable law.

11. Shipping and Delivery

DEALUX currently provides free shipping across India to serviceable PIN codes.

The current estimated delivery period is approximately 3–5 days, subject to the destination, courier serviceability and circumstances affecting transportation.

Delivery estimates are not an unconditional guarantee of delivery on a particular date.

DEALUX uses Shiprocket for shipping/logistics management and may use courier partners available through its network.

For complete details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

12. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

DEALUX's return, exchange and refund terms are governed by its Refund & Return Policy.

The current policy generally permits eligible returns for wrong or defective products within 3 calendar days of delivery, subject to verification and the applicable conditions.

Exchanges are generally available where the wrong product was supplied, subject to product availability and verification.

Customers should review the Refund & Return Policy before placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

13. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order is shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation through the standard pre-shipment process may no longer be possible.

Customers should contact DEALUX immediately if they wish to cancel an order.

Cancellation and applicable refunds are governed by the Refund & Return Policy.

14. Delivery Problems

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete order, you should contact DEALUX within the applicable period stated in the Refund & Return Policy.

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order number;

  • Photographs;

  • Videos;

  • Unboxing video; and

  • Other reasonable information required to verify the claim.

The unboxing-video requirement is an evidentiary and verification measure and is not intended to exclude any consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its content, including:

  • Text;

  • Product descriptions;

  • Graphics;

  • Logos;

  • Images;

  • Page layouts;

  • Design elements;

  • Videos;

  • Written materials; and

  • Other original content

are owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by DEALUX or its relevant licensors.

You may access and use the Site for personal, lawful shopping purposes.

You may not, without appropriate permission:

  • Copy substantial portions of the Site;

  • Reproduce or republish our original content for commercial purposes;

  • Modify or create derivative works from our content;

  • Scrape or systematically collect Site content;

  • Use our branding or content in a manner likely to cause confusion; or

  • Exploit Site content for unauthorised commercial purposes.

Third-party trademarks, logos and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

16. Customer Reviews, Feedback and Submissions

If you voluntarily submit reviews, feedback, suggestions, photographs, comments or other content to DEALUX, you represent that:

  • You have the right to submit the content;

  • The content is not knowingly false or misleading;

  • The content does not infringe another person's intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;

  • The content does not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, threatening or malicious material; and

  • The content does not contain malicious software or harmful code.

By submitting content, you grant DEALUX a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use, reproduce, display, publish and adapt the submitted content for legitimate business, marketing and customer-service purposes, subject to applicable law.

DEALUX may remove or decline to publish content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

17. Third-Party Services and Tools

The Site may use third-party services and technologies necessary or useful for operating the online store, including payment processing, logistics, analytics, communications and other functions.

Such services may be subject to the third party's own terms and policies.

Where the Site provides access to a third-party service or tool, DEALUX does not necessarily control that third party's systems, availability, security or policies.

Customers should review the relevant third-party terms where appropriate.

18. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links or references to third-party websites, platforms or services.

These third parties operate independently from DEALUX.

DEALUX is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices or terms of third-party websites that it does not control.

Your use of a third-party website is subject to that third party's applicable terms and policies.

19. Shopify

The DEALUX online store is powered by Shopify.

Shopify provides the e-commerce technology and infrastructure through which DEALUX operates its online store.

However, purchases of products displayed by DEALUX are transactions between the customer and DEALUX.

Shopify is not the seller of DEALUX's products and is not responsible for DEALUX's product descriptions, product quality, fulfilment, returns, refunds or customer-service obligations.

Shopify's own terms and privacy practices may also apply to your use of Shopify-powered features and services.

20. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by the DEALUX Privacy Policy.

DEALUX may process personal information necessary to operate the Site, process orders, arrange payments and deliveries, provide customer support, prevent fraud, comply with law and perform other legitimate business functions.

Because DEALUX uses Shopify, PhonePe, Shiprocket and other service providers, relevant information may also be processed by those providers as necessary for the services they provide.

Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information.

21. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Site or its services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;

  • Commit or facilitate fraud;

  • Place orders using false or stolen payment information;

  • Provide deliberately false or misleading information;

  • Abuse return, refund, exchange or promotional systems;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;

  • Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Site;

  • Scrape or collect information through unauthorised automated methods;

  • Impersonate another person or entity;

  • Harass, threaten or abuse DEALUX personnel or other users;

  • Use the Site to distribute unlawful or harmful material; or

  • Engage in conduct that may reasonably cause harm to DEALUX, its customers, service providers or systems.

DEALUX may take reasonable action in response to prohibited activity, including cancelling affected orders, restricting certain services, or reporting unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

22. Fraud Prevention and Order Security

DEALUX may conduct reasonable checks to prevent fraud, payment abuse, fake orders, COD abuse and other security risks.

We may request reasonable verification information where necessary to validate an order.

Where an order cannot reasonably be verified or presents legitimate fraud or security concerns, DEALUX may decline or cancel the order, subject to applicable law.

23. Errors and Inaccuracies

We make reasonable efforts to keep Site information accurate.

However, the Site may occasionally contain typographical, technical, pricing, product-description, availability or other errors.

If an error materially affects an order and is discovered before or after order placement, DEALUX may take reasonable corrective action, including contacting the customer or cancelling the affected order where appropriate and processing any applicable refund.

DEALUX does not intend to use this provision to avoid its obligations concerning products that have already been properly accepted and supplied to a consumer.

24. Site Availability and Technical Issues

We endeavour to keep the Site available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that:

  • The Site will always be available;

  • The Site will be uninterrupted;

  • Every feature will always function without errors; or

  • The Site will be completely free from technical defects or security risks.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, service-provider outages, security incidents or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

25. Product and Service Disclaimers

Product information is provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

DEALUX does not provide medical, professional, financial or other specialised advice merely by selling or describing a product.

Customers should use products strictly according to applicable manufacturer instructions, warnings and intended-use information.

Where a product has specific safety instructions or warnings, customers should read and follow them before use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a representation, warranty or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DEALUX will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances outside DEALUX's reasonable control.

However, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law, including applicable consumer-protection rights.

In particular, these Terms do not exclude remedies available to a consumer in relation to defective goods, deficient services, unfair trade practices, misleading representations or other matters for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

27. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, costs or expenses directly arising from your:

  • Fraudulent or unlawful use of the Site;

  • Deliberate misuse of our services;

  • Material breach of these Terms; or

  • Infringement of another person's rights through content or information that you submit to the Site.

This provision does not require you to indemnify DEALUX for losses caused by DEALUX's own unlawful conduct, negligence or obligations that cannot legally be transferred to you.

28. Suspension or Restriction of Access

DEALUX may restrict or suspend access to particular Site features where reasonably necessary for:

  • Security;

  • Fraud prevention;

  • Legal compliance;

  • Technical protection;

  • Investigation of abuse; or

  • Protection of DEALUX, customers or third parties.

Where appropriate, DEALUX may also restrict future orders from customers involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.

Nothing in this section affects an existing consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be restricted.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible.

If it cannot be made enforceable, the affected provision will be severed to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.

30. No Waiver

If DEALUX does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean DEALUX has permanently waived its right to enforce that provision later.

Any waiver must be understood in the context in which it is given and will not automatically constitute a continuing waiver.

31. Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms in a manner that is inconsistent with applicable law without DEALUX's prior written consent.

DEALUX may transfer or assign its rights or obligations in connection with a restructuring, business transfer, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law and without adversely affecting mandatory consumer rights.

32. Relationship Between These Terms and Other Policies

These Terms should be read together with:

  • DEALUX Privacy Policy;

  • DEALUX Refund & Return Policy; and

  • DEALUX Shipping Policy.

Those policies form part of the terms applicable to your use of the Site and purchase of products from DEALUX.

If there is an inconsistency between these Terms and a specific policy concerning a particular subject, the more specific policy will generally apply to that subject, subject always to applicable law.

33. Changes to These Terms

DEALUX may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

  • Changes to our business;

  • Changes to our products or services;

  • Changes to technology;

  • Changes to applicable laws or regulations; or

  • Other legitimate operational requirements.

The updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Site after an updated version is posted may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already accrued to consumers under applicable law or an already completed transaction.

34. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of any mandatory jurisdiction or remedy available under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to the operation of DEALUX and these Terms may be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts having territorial jurisdiction over Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Consumer disputes shall remain subject to the jurisdiction and procedures provided under applicable consumer-protection law.

35. Consumer Grievance Redressal

DEALUX maintains a customer-support and grievance mechanism for receiving and addressing consumer complaints.

For complaints or grievances relating to an order, product, delivery, refund, exchange, payment, privacy or other Site-related matter, customers may contact:

DEALUX will review and address grievances in accordance with applicable law and its internal grievance procedures.

The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules require e-commerce entities to maintain a grievance redressal mechanism, and the Department of Consumer Affairs states that e-commerce entities must display the name, contact details and designation of the grievance officer.

Accordingly, DEALUX should ensure that the website separately displays the applicable grievance officer's name, designation and contact details once that information is formally designated. I have not invented an individual's name because you have not provided one.
